That’s hurting companies. It’s hurting candidates. And it’s hurting recruiters, who know that if they had more time, and less divided minds, they could unlock trapped human potential.

Elly is focused on bringing back the humanity to recruiting. We believe that AI has the ability to help companies define what role they need to fill and determine which candidate is the right fit.
